Alison Hallahan has contributed to policy development and implementation, strategic planning and asset program management in Victoria for more than fifteen years. Prior to this, she worked in the Queensland Government; the Commonwealth Government; and a number of community and industrial organisations. Alison has used her strong communication and strategic planning skills in policy development and projects across the Victorian Public sector. She has a strong background in planning and asset development, with experience in hospitals, facilities for mental health and disability services, as well as schools.
Alison displays a rigorous approach to early planning, along with a pragmatic understanding of the long-term implications of early decisions. She believes that user engagement in strategic and service planning delivers long term dividends to organisational success. Dominic’s passion is equipping decision makers with the evidence they need to move forward with confidence. Dominic’s skills include developing financial and demographic models to create intelligence from data, leading workshops to crystallise a common strategy in a management team, and testing the merits of investments with detailed quantitative analysis.
Dominic’s territory is capital investment, notably real property and infrastructure, usually for the purpose of delivering a service. These skills come together in the planning and execution of Business Cases and Feasibility Studies, the development of predictive models drawing on financial and demographic data, and the examination of the consequences of new policy or investment proposals.
Michael has extensive and comprehensive experience in providing commercial advisory, strategy, commercial and implementation / execution services to a wide range of public and private clients across many fields.
Michael's interest lies in developing business case strategies for funding success and transacting with the private sector. He has directed and managed large and complex tender projects in a competitive and demanding environment. Michael brings a detailed knowledge of delivering successful projects from the initial concept stages to business case development, contract negotiation to closure and finally implementation and onto project completion.
Alma has more than 25 years of extensive and comprehensive experience in economic and financial research and analysis working in the government and financial markets sectors. Alma brings detailed knowledge, understanding, analysis, economic management and the ability to design and facilitate the development of innovative solutions for complex financial risk problems.
